We open on a sweet scene of two new parents peering nervously at their new-born baby, imagining what the future may hold. From this point forward, Christopher Durang’s bitingly satiric black comedy goes on to examine the difficulties of raising a child in an increasingly complicated world.

Audition information:
The cast requires two men and three women of any age. Auditions will primarily consist of cold readings from the script. Familiarity with both the script and the characters is recommended. Rehearsals will be held on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings and performances take place the first three weekends of March 2009.
